We do not offer refunds on coaching services already provided or refunds for single-month coaching packages. However, you may cancel a multi-session coaching package (subject to a month’s notice period) and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the coaching fees of the multi-session package. Contact us to process your refund.
Our policy lasts for the duration of the service provided. If the duration of the service has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and/or refunds are not granted at all:
* Any goods or services faulty for reasons not due to our error.
* Any goods or services returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 20630 Dennisport Lane, North Fort Myers, Florida.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and payment fees for returning your item. Shipping costs and payment fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any payment fees incurred when purchasing your item will be excluded from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refund to reach you may vary.
